During peak seasons or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Domestic Shipping (within [Country]):

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Shipping Delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at indiglowcandles1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging

For lost packages, please reach out to us. We will contact the carrier and assist with a replacement or claim.

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at indiglowcandles1@gmail.com.
We can update your address only before the order has shipped.

Custom Orders

Custom candle orders may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated before purchase.
